You Are:

Your experience spans over a decade, marked by a strong foundation in electrical engineering and a deep understanding of high-speed PHY designs such as SERDES, DDR, or HBM. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Developing and refining IC layout productivity tools to enhance design efficiency.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions for analog and mixed-signal layout designs.
• Utilizing CustomCompiler, StarRC, and ICV layout design and verification tools to ensure high-quality output.
• Engaging in the design and verification of high-speed PHY designs, including SERDES, DDR, and HBM.
• Programming in Python, Perl, and TCL to automate design processes and improve productivity.
• Applying machine learning techniques to optimize modeling, circuit design flows, and simulations.

What You’ll Need:

• MSEE (or PhD) with over 10 years of experience in analog and mixed-signal layout design.
• Proficiency with CustomCompiler, StarRC, and ICV layout design and verification tools.
• Experience with spice simulators, including HSPICE, PrimeSim/FineSim, and PrimeWave.
• Advanced programming skills in Python, Perl, and TCL.
• Direct design experience in high-speed PHY such as SERDES, DDR, or HBM.
