You Are:

You are a highly motivated individual with a passion for building and maintaining robust, scalable, and efficient infrastructure. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design, deploy, and maintain public cloud and private infrastructure to support Synopsys SaaS offerings
• Automate - as much as possible - all technical operations
• Set up monitoring, logging, and tracing tools to detect and fix any potential issues
• Troubleshoot cloud/on-premise infrastructure, systems, network, and application stacks
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of systems
• Implement security best practices to safeguard infrastructure and data

What You’ll Need:

• BS in Computer Science/Information Technology; MS is preferred
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, operations engineering, or similar discipline
• Solid knowledge in Kubernetes and Docker
• Significant experience with infrastructure as code tools (Kustomize, Kubespray, Terraform, Ansible)
• Experience with GitOps tools (Flux or ArgoCD)
• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
• Experience in managing Ceph, Cassandra, and Elasticsearch clusters
• Experience with Linux operating systems
• Knowledge of one or more programming languages (Python, Go, Perl, Java)
• Experience building scalable infrastructure in one public cloud provider is a distinct advantage
• Knowledge in Jenkins or similar tool for CI/CD is an advantage
