What You’ll Be Doing:
- Study and summarize existing machine learning algorithms and frameworks used within the team and company.
- Apply one or more machine learning techniques to make predictions on decisions that potentially appear during simulation.
- Dynamically refine predictions as more information becomes available during the simulation process.
- Summarize findings and present research achievements to the team.
What You’ll Need:
- Currently enrolled in a full-time degree program at a Canadian university.
- Pursuing a Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computational Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Physics.
- Familiarity with machine learning and prior experience with ML-related projects.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (strongly preferred) and C++.
- Understanding of the physics of electromagnetics.
- PhD students are strongly preferred.

- Program Length: May 2026 – August 2026 (Full-Time, 40 hours per week)
- Location: Canada (specific city or remote options may be available)
- Working Model: Hybrid (combination of remote and on-site work, details to be discussed)
- Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time
- Start Date: May 2026
- Salary Information: The base salary range across Canada for this role is between $38.00-$43.00 CAD per hour. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education. Your recruiter can share more specific details upon request.
