You Are:
You are a highly motivated and experienced circuit designer, passionate about integrating leading-edge custom-designed IP into next-generation DDR/HBM IP products. You thrive on challenges and are driven by results, with a strong leadership style and a keen eye for design performance, quality, and schedule. Your expertise in circuit simulation, circuit layout, and knowledge of bipolar, CMOS, passive structure, and interconnect failure modes sets you apart. You are an excellent communicator and collaborator, ready to work in a cross-functional, globally diverse environment, and are willing to travel worldwide to meet project needs.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Collaborating with the mixed signal analog design team to integrate custom-designed IP into final products for next-generation DDR/HBM IP.
- Leading the design and development of high-performance analog circuits, ensuring adherence to performance, quality, and schedule requirements.
- Conducting circuit simulations and layout, addressing potential failure modes and ensuring reliability.
- Designing and verifying high-speed digital circuits, including receive equalizers, samplers, voltage/current-mode drivers, and serializers/de-serializers.
- Utilizing tools for schematic entry, physical layout, and design verification.
- Staying updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain Synopsys’ competitive edge.

What You’ll Need:
- Engineering degree with demonstrated 2+ years’ experience in a product managing role for mixed signal IP.
- In-depth familiarity with transistor-level circuit design and CMOS design fundamentals.
- Technical understanding of DDR PHY is a plus.
- Experience with tools for schematic entry, physical layout, and design verification.
- Knowledge of SPICE simulators and simulation methods.
