What You’ll Be Doing:
- Research and analyze state-of-the-art Digital Operational Transconductance Amplifier (DIGOTA) architectures, focusing on gain, power efficiency, and robustness.
- Design and simulate an all-in-one, fully integrated reference architecture capable of generating a voltage reference, current reference, and clock signal.
- Develop and implement a chopper-stabilized DIGOTA to systematically reduce offset and low-frequency noise within a digital-based analog framework.
- Evaluate and optimize the proposed reference system for temperature, supply voltage, and process variation sensitivity.
- Document findings and present results to the Synopsys analog/mixed-signal design team, contributing ideas and collaborating on innovative solutions for next-generation integrated systems.
What You’ll Need:
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program in Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field.
- Strong academic background in analog and mixed-signal integrated circuit design.
- Familiarity with CMOS technology, operational amplifiers, switched-capacitor circuits, and low-power design principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
