What You’ll Be Doing:
- Exploring and evaluating linearization techniques for Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) design in advanced FinFET technologies.
- Designing innovative LNA topologies to optimize performance in next-generation semiconductor processes.
- Collaborating with experienced analog designers to implement and simulate LNA circuits.
- Conducting layout of LNAs, ensuring best practices for performance and manufacturability.
- Documenting findings, presenting results, and contributing insights to the team’s knowledge base.
What You’ll Need:
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of analog circuit design fundamentals and semiconductor device physics.
- Familiarity with FinFET technology and RF circuit principles is a plus.
- Experience with EDA tools for schematic capture, simulation, and layout (e.g., Cadence, Synopsys Custom Compiler) is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
