What You’ll Be Doing:
- Investigate and analyze very high-bandwidth Continuous Time Linear Equalizer (CTLE) architectures for high-speed SerDes receiver frontends.
- Design, simulate, and characterize programmable gain and frequency response amplifiers with bandwidths exceeding 50GHz and low noise performance.
- Collaborate with experienced analog IC design engineers to review and refine circuit concepts and implementation strategies.
- Document your research findings, design choices, and simulation results, presenting them to technical teams for feedback and discussion.
- Contribute creative ideas to advance the state-of-the-art in high-speed analog equalization, participating in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
What You’ll Need:
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Microelectronics, or a closely related field.
- Understanding of analog circuit design fundamentals, including amplifiers, frequency response, and noise analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Passion for innovation and eagerness to collaborate in a diverse, inclusive team environment.
