You Are:

You are a highly skilled professional with a passion for analog design and a keen eye for detail. With a background in electrical engineering or computer science, you possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the complexities involved in the design and development of physical IP such as SERDES, DDR, and memory. You are proficient in Python scripting and have familiarity with Unix/Shell scripting, which allows you to effectively streamline workflows and optimize processes. Your organizational skills are top-notch, enabling you to manage documentation, data analysis, and team workflows with ease. You thrive in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment, enjoying the collaborative nature of working with diverse teams. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ensure that you can effectively convey complex technical information to stakeholders at all levels.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Documenting process and team workflows to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Conducting periodic data analysis to extract key takeaways and measures for continuous improvement.
• Engaging in discussions with relevant stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables.
• Organizing and maintaining the team's SharePoint site for optimal information sharing.
• Utilizing Microsoft SharePoint and Confluence for effective collaboration and documentation.
• Applying your knowledge of Python scripting to automate and optimize workflows.

• Facilitating scalable growth within the IPG R&D community by consolidating knowledge and streamlining processes.
• Reducing turnaround time (TAT) for IPG teams by quickly resolving simulation issues.
• Improving IP quality through the deployment of optimization flows and best practices.
• Enhancing team productivity by maintaining organized and accessible documentation.
• Promoting efficient collaboration through the use of Microsoft SharePoint and Confluence.
• Contributing to the overall success of Synopsys by driving continuous technological innovation.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• Strong proficiency in Python scripting.
• Familiarity with Unix/Shell scripting (preferred).
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Confluence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
