You Are:
You are a passionate and detail-oriented Hardware Engineer with a strong background in Electrical or Electronic Engineering. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest standards of system validation for high-speed IP designs. You possess a understanding of laboratory instrumentation and have hands-on experience with both digital and analog circuit validation. Your curiosity drives you to stay updated with industry advancements, and you are always looking for ways to optimize and improve methodologies. Your communication skills enable you to effectively report progress and preferably mentor junior team members.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the prototype development and system/electrical validation of high-speed IP designs;
- Ensuring product certification and optimizing analog/digital circuit designs;
- Evaluating interoperability with key silicon manufacturers and fabrication technology processes;
- Collaborating with analog & digital designers, hardware & software engineers, and end customers;
- Utilizing state-of-the-art test equipment for high-speed accuracy measurements and debugging;
- Improving test procedures and methodologies to enhance efficiency;

What You’ll Need:
- Master in Electrical/Electronic Engineering;
- Proficiency in using laboratory instrumentation (e.g., oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers);
- Ability to interpret board schematics and layouts;
- Experience with scripting and programming (e.g., MATLAB, Python, C);
- Hands-on lab experience with validating digital/analog blocks.

The Team You’ll Be A Part Of:
Our team is responsible for the system validation of industry-leading high-speed IP designs. We work on SERDES standards such as PCI Express, USB, and High-Speed Ethernet. We ensure the highest standards of product performance and reliability. Our lab is equipped with state-of-the-art test equipment required for high-speed accuracy measurements and debugging.

The nature of this full-time position requires onsite work. We offer flexible working hours. There is also the possibility to WFH in periods of less hands-on work, if it can be supported through remote access or our automation infrastructure.
