What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing resource management for all analog design teams by tracking and ensuring progress and allocation across all active projects
- Managing demand and customer quote requests: orchestrating the timely and accurate response of analog teams, including schedule and effort estimates, tracking quote evolution, and ensuring seamless transition to project status
- Supporting and guiding process optimization by identifying operational improvement opportunities, defining optimization initiatives, and ensuring successful implementation across teams
- Leading the introduction of new tools and workflows that enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the analog design teams
- Collaborating with technical, customer-facing, and management stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout all operational activities
- Monitoring key metrics and progress towards strategic initiatives, providing ongoing feedback and reporting to leadership

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in technical operations or resource management, ideally within analog or mixed-signal design environments
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement, demand management, and cross-functional leadership
- Proficiency with data management and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, PowerBI), project tracking systems, and relevant software
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptability and a commitment to continuous improvement
