You Are:
You are a passionate engineer with a deep curiosity for computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and a commitment to quality. Your experience in mechanical, aerospace, or chemical engineering has equipped you with a strong foundation in numerical methods, algorithms, and large-scale commercial software environments. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Specify, write, and maintain comprehensive test cases and scripts for ANSYS CFD software.
- Perform functional, application, regression, and performance testing in both manual and automated environments.
- Investigate and analyze potential causes of software issues, collaborating with technical specialists to resolve them.
- Create test plans, participate in defect management, and contribute to the tracking of testing metrics.
- Apply standard testing techniques and procedures, ensuring compliance with company development and quality processes.
- Work across diverse computing environments, including Windows, Linux, and high-performance computing systems.
- Assist with validation and verification studies to confirm product accuracy and reliability.

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Chemical Engineering, or related field with 2+ years of experience, or MS with no experience.
- Strong background in numerical methods and algorithms commonly used in CFD.
- Hands-on experience with CFD software and solving engineering problems.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, and familiarity with both Linux and Windows platforms.
- Experience in large-scale commercial software testing and verification environments.
