You Are:

You are an engineer passionate about cloud computing, with a strong computer science background. You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving complex problems, and are eager to learn and share best practices in distributed systems. Your technical skills and collaborative spirit make you ready to support successful product deployments and integrations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Researching, designing, developing, benchmarking, testing, presenting, and releasing software programs, both proprietary and open-source.
  • Architecting and building cutting-edge grid and cloud computing solutions to address large-scale engineering challenges, including parallel and distributed processing.
  • Transferring best practices in computing and high-performance computing to innovative EDA R&D solutions.
  • Learning and applying new engineering practices in design, debugging, and troubleshooting to continuously improve our offerings.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the successful deployment, adoption, and integration of Synopsys products.
  • Providing expert guidance to customers and internal stakeholders on the utilization and optimization of cloud-based EDA tools.

What You’ll Need:

  • Computer Science or relevant degree.
  • Experience in OS, filesystem, or networking development.
  • Proficiency in C++ or Golang (C/Python are a plus).
  • Advanced English level
  • A proactive, innovative, and ownership‑driven mindset is highly valued.
  • EDA experience (preferred).


The Team You’ll Be A Part Of:

You’ll join the DPS (Distributed Processing Solutions) team, a group of dedicated engineers focused on building the foundational technologies that enable Synopsys’ cloud offerings. The team collaborates closely to architect, develop, and support cloud solutions for customers using Synopsys EDA tools on both BYOC and SaaS platforms.
