We're looking for R&D Engineer (StarRC) to join our team!
You Are:
You are a passionate and experienced R&D Engineer with a deep understanding of EDA software products and solutions. With a strong background in software development, particularly in C++ applications, you excel at developing, testing, and debugging complex algorithms and data structures. You thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy tackling complex problems, and are adept at formulating innovative solutions. Your proficiency in Unix/Linux platforms and your ability to handle multi-threading and run-time improvements set you apart. You are detail-oriented, capable of working independently with minimal supervision, and have a knack for translating customer requirements into robust software solutions. Your technical expertise, combined with excellent problem-solving skills, makes you an invaluable asset to any team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Design, develop, test, and debug EDA software products in digital design, custom design, and silicon realization.
Gather requirements, formulate specifications, and architect solutions based on customer requests for accurate resistance and capacitance parasitic extraction.
Develop and implement design algorithms and data structures for QoR improvement, multi-threading, and run-time enhancement.
Implement new features and debug issues in RC extraction engines.
Create automated test environments and test cases to ensure product quality and enhance software development productivity.
Analyze complex problems and develop state-of-the-art solutions that lead to significant product differentiation.

Enhance the accuracy and efficiency of EDA software products, contributing to the advancement of digital and custom design technologies.
Develop innovative solutions that improve the quality of results (QoR) for our customers.
Drive improvements in multi-threading and run-time performance, ensuring our products remain at the cutting edge of technology.
Contribute to the development of robust RC extraction engines, enhancing the overall quality and reliability of our software.
Implement automated testing frameworks that streamline the development process and boost productivity.
Provide technical expertise and mentorship within the local R&D group, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
What You’ll Need:
5+ years of software development experience in developing and testing large C++ applications.
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
Proficiency in developing algorithms and data structures for resistance and capacitance extraction or machine learning.
Experience with software development on Unix/Linux platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to propose creative and efficient solutions to complex problems.
