You Are:

You are a dynamic and experienced sales professional with a deep understanding of the semiconductor industry and a passion for technology solutions. You have a proven track record in developing and managing key accounts, with the ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Developing and executing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned territory.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at existing and potential customer organizations.
  • Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, to deliver tailored solutions that address customer needs.
  • Conducting sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions to showcase Synopsys' value proposition.
  • Negotiating and closing complex sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales or account management within the semiconductor industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor design, verification, and IP integration processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
