You Are:

You are a seasoned engineering professional with a passion for advancing simulation technology. With a solid foundation in electrical engineering and a deep understanding of electromagnetic simulation tools, you bring both experience and curiosity to every project. Your expertise in HFSS, complemented by hands-on experience in SI/PI, mixed-signal/RF microwave components, or antenna systems, positions you as a subject matter expert in your field.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Collaborating with product development and application engineering teams to define and refine requirement specifications for HFSS product features. 
• Developing deep subject matter expertise in one or more HFSS application domains, such as SI/PI, mixed-signal/RF microwave components, or antenna systems.  
• Engaging with regional field teams to gather, clarify, and prioritize customer requirements for next-generation simulation features.  
• Delivering high-quality technical contributions independently and as an integral team member, ensuring timely and accurate results. 
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive training and educational materials for field application engineers and customers.  
• Providing advanced technical support, guidance, and mentorship to peers and junior engineers as needed.  
• Proactively identifying potential challenges or gaps in product features and communicating solutions to relevant stakeholders.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 5-8 years’ experience, Master’s with 3-6 years, or PhD with 1-3 years’ experience. 
• Proficiency in HFSS and demonstrated experience in electromagnetic simulation, preferably in SI/PI, mixed-signal/RF, or antenna systems. 
• Strong Python programming skills for automation and workflow enhancement.  
• Proven track record of technical contributions to commercial product development or customer-facing projects.  
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.
