An exceptional team worker with a passion for project management in the realm of ASIC Digital Implementation. With a solid foundation in Micro-electronics, you bring MSEE/BSEE or MSCE/BSCE and 7+ years of experience to the table. Your expertise in ASIC physical design sets you apart, and you excel in project management. Your strong written and verbal communication skills allow you to effectively articulate complex ideas at various levels of abstraction. You are highly organized and possess a thorough understanding of industry-standard data file formats such as Verilog, GDS, LEF, DEF, SDF, LIB, UPF, CPM, and CMM. Familiarity with Unix, Perforce, and Excel is part of your toolkit. You are driven by the desire to innovate and lead projects that push the boundaries of technology.

- Understanding and articulating project requirements on digital implementation covering RTL to GDS. 

- Communicating project scope to functional managers and design leads, and creating project kick-off documentation. 

- Negotiating and settling deliverables and dates for inter-team hand-offs with product managers and/or cross-functional teams. 

- Establishing schedules with milestones, convening weekly sync-up meetings with product managers and/or cross-functional teams to track inter-team hand-offs, schedules, and issues. 

- Following up with product managers and/or responsible teams until closure, ensuring release on time with quality. 

- Being the point of contact for issues reported from the field. 

- Occasionally interfacing with customers on matters related to the Digital Implementation domain.

- Driving project success by ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. 

- Enhancing communication and coordination between cross-functional teams. 

- Facilitating the smooth execution of IPprojects. - Contributing to the development of cutting-edge technology solutions.

- Playing a key role in the realization of high-speed silicon-proven interface IP solutions. 

- Supporting the advancement of innovations in Artificial Intelligence, Autonomous Vehicles, High-Performance Computing, Cloud, 5G Mobile, and IoT.

- MSEE/BSEE or MSCE/BSCE with 7+ years of specialization in Micro-electronics (or equivalent). 

- Experience in ASIC physical design is a must, with customer-facing and/or project management experience being a plus.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to organize communication at different levels of abstraction. 

- Good knowledge of industry-standard data file formats including Verilog, GDS, LEF, DEF, SDF, LIB, UPF, CPM, CMM.

 - Familiarity with Unix, Perforce, and Excel.
