What You’ll Be Doing:
- Architecting hardware-assisted verification solutions, including emulation and prototyping platforms, to accelerate silicon design verification cycles.
- Defining system-level requirements, technical specifications, and performance benchmarks for new verification products and features.
- Collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to design, implement, and optimize verification flows and methodologies.
- Guiding the development of scalable architectures that support complex SoC and IP designs, ensuring seamless integration and interoperability.
- Driving research and development initiatives to evaluate emerging technologies and integrate them into Synopsys verification offerings.
- Engaging with customers and partners to understand their needs, gather feedback, and refine product capabilities for real-world use cases.
- Mentoring junior engineers and supporting professional growth within the team.

What You’ll Need:
- Extensive experience in hardware verification, emulation, and prototyping (FPGA-based and/or custom platforms).
- Strong knowledge of verification methodologies (e.g., UVM, OVM, SystemVerilog, VHDL) and EDA tools.
- Proven track record architecting and delivering complex system-level verification solutions.
- Expertise in SoC/IP design, integration, and performance optimization.
- Ability to conduct technical analyses, benchmarking, and trade-off studies for verification architectures.
- Familiarity with hardware/software co-verification and accelerated simulation techniques.
