What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading the planning and architecture of research initiatives across multiple projects and disciplines, setting the technical direction for major innovations.
- Coordinating product design and development activities, with extensive analysis in user experience, software design, and solver research.
- Acting as the top technical reference across groups or products, evaluating emerging technologies and methods to create leading-edge solutions.
- Defining, developing, and maintaining best practices through technical reviews and mentoring, driving organizational excellence.
- Engaging with strategic customers and partners to assess needs, develop solutions, and disseminate information about new opportunities to senior management.
- Functioning as a high-level team leader, project manager, or software architect, sometimes overseeing line management of technical teams.

What You’ll Need:
- BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 12 years’ experience, MS with 10 years, or PhD with 8 years.
- Extensive commercial experience addressing advanced semiconductor multiphysics reliability challenges, including EMIR, thermal/stress, and ESD.
- Recognized technical leadership with a proven track record of defining requirements and delivering state-of-the-art solutions.
- Expert-level knowledge in silicon-to-system reliability technologies and methodologies.
- Mastery in delivering innovative technical solutions for large-scale commercial products and driving technology roadmaps across multiple teams.
