You Are:
You are a seasoned Physical Design Specialist with a passion for cutting-edge technology and a deep understanding of the silicon design and verification landscape. You excel in developing innovative solutions and have a strong background in Place & Route, Synthesis, and Static Timing Analysis (STA). You possess a comprehensive knowledge of advanced design methodologies and are eager to work on projects that push the boundaries of what is possible in the semiconductor industry. With excellent communication skills, you are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple customer engagements. Your proactive approach and customer-centric mindset drive you to deliver exceptional results and help customers achieve their goals.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the sale and adoption of Synopsys Implementation products to enhance customer performance, quality, and development timelines.
- Providing expertise in Place & Route, Synthesis, and Static Timing Analysis for advanced node designs.
- Demonstrating Synopsys tools and methodologies, including Fusion Compiler and IC Compiler II, to customers.
- Managing multiple customer activities, including product demonstrations, evaluations, and competitive benchmarking.
- Conducting training sessions, resolving technical issues, and offering technical account management.
- Collaborating with account teams to develop tailored solutions that address customer needs and challenges.

What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of design experience with industry-standard tools for ASIC design (Synthesis, Placement, Optimization, CTS, Routing).
- Experience or knowledge of RTL to GDSII full flow processes.
- Strong understanding of advanced node design methodologies.
- Expertise in Synopsys back-end tools, including logical and physical synthesis, timing closure, macro placement, routing, and static timing analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
