You'll lead a team to define verification and debug methodologies for our large Interface IP portfolio, standardize these methodologies across various IPs, and collaborate with the Verification tools team to integrate top-tier verification/debug technologies. You'll manage project planning, quality assurance, execution tracking, risk management, and mitigation. People management responsibilities like hiring, performance reviews, and team development will be under your purview.

Your role will be instrumental in driving efficiency and productivity in digital design and verification of IP products. You'll oversee the development of digital verification methodologies for IP product development and foster cross-functional collaboration. You'll also ensure the latest tools and methodologies are adopted from the EDA Tools Group and drive compliance across IP development teams.

You'll need 15+ years of relevant industry experience, with a strong background in people management, leading large teams, and setting up technical processes. Proficiency in various verification methodologies, latest simulation, and debug technologies is essential.

You'll be part of the Interface IP team within the Digital Methodology Center of Excellence. This team is dedicated to developing and standardizing digital design and verification methodologies for top-notch quality and performance of our IP products. Collaboration with the EDA tools team and other cross-functional groups is crucial in this role, driving innovation and excellence in our verification processes.
