We are seeking an experienced analog design manager to lead our high-performance MemPHY analog R&D experts team. This senior role will oversee all aspects of analog related global customer support for cutting-edge PHY architectures targeting various process nodes.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and mentor a team of 3-6 senior analog designers focused on high-speed MemPHY IP customer support across multiple projects

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (analog design, digital c, physical design, release, PEM, etc.) to develop IP documentation and release

- Partner with AE and PEM teams to enable good user experience for various IP integration and silicon bring-up for global customers

- Participate in analog IP design and methodology improvements and adoption of latest EDA tools/flows

- Develop and manage customer support flow and resource allocation

- Hire, develop and retain top analog engineering talent through active mentorship

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering; advanced degree preferred 

-10+ years of experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design with a strong background in PHY architectures

- 4+ years of people management experience leading high-performance analog team or customer support team

- Proven expertise in high-speed I/O design, architectures, circuits, and layout implementation 

- Hands-on experience with analog/mixed-signal design flows, tools, modeling and customer support

- Good understanding of HBM, DDR, HBI/UCIe protocols

- Good people leadership abilities and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

- Excellent communication in both Mandarin and English
