You Are:

You are a seasoned Application Engineer with a passion for functional verification and a knack for problem-solving. With a solid background in VLSI design and methodologies, you thrive in dynamic environments where your technical expertise can shine. You possess strong communication skills and can articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Your experience with front-end verification, including RTL/TB coding and simulation debug, makes you a valuable asset. Your proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, TCL, and Perl, along with your knowledge of UVM methodologies, sets you apart. You are a team player who can lead discussions and present confidently to both small and large groups.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing pre/post-sales technical support for the Synopsys Verification Platform, including VCS and Verdi.
  • Analyzing customers' current verification methodologies and providing tailored solutions.
  • Presenting and deploying next-gen ML techniques to accelerate chip development.
  • Collaborating with customers to optimize their verification processes and improve efficiency.
  • Conducting training sessions and workshops to educate customers on best practices.
  • Working closely with R&D to influence product enhancements based on customer feedback.

What You’ll Need:

  • BS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of experience in functional verification.
  • Deep understanding of VLSI design flow and methodologies, including SystemVerilog, Verilog, VHDL, and SystemC.
  • Experience with front-end verification, including RTL/TB coding and simulation debug.
  • Proficiency in UNIX usage and scripting languages like Python, TCL, shell/Perl/YAML.
  • Experience with UVM methodologies and knowledge of Low Power Design/Verification and Debug using Verdi.

You will be a member of the Customer Success Group, which offers the industry-leading RTL verification platform consisting of multiple technologies. The team focuses on providing advanced verification solutions, including RTL Simulation, Verification IP (VIP), and Formal Verification. Together, you will work on cutting-edge projects that drive innovation in the semiconductor industry.
