What You’ll Be Doing:
Establishing, developing, and maintaining business relationships with current and prospective customers in your assigned territory or accounts.
Conducting sales activities via telephone, digital tools, and face-to-face meetings to maintain renewal business and generate new opportunities.
Identifying customer pain points and business needs, presenting tailored solutions using Synopsys products and services.
Creating and maintaining detailed account plans, highlighting opportunities for growth and value addition.
Researching new prospects and expanding relationships with existing customers to uncover potential for increased engagement.
Developing clear and effective written proposals and quotations for clients, ensuring alignment with their objectives.
Coordinating sales efforts with internal teams, including marketing, account management, technical services, and Channel Partners.
Providing accurate sales and renewal revenue forecasts to management.
Participating in trade shows, conventions, and scheduling training/seminars to foster new business opportunities.
The Impact You Will Have:
Driving revenue growth and account penetration, directly contributing to Synopsys’ market leadership.
Expanding the reach of Simulation & Analysis (S&A) products and services within Taiwan’s high-tech industry.
Enhancing customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and tailored solution delivery.
Strengthening Synopsys’ reputation by presenting compelling value propositions and differentiating from competitors.
Facilitating cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless customer experiences and successful project outcomes.
Supporting strategic business development initiatives by identifying new markets and customer segments.
Providing valuable market insights and feedback to drive product and service improvements.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, business, or related field.
1+ years of professional experience in sales, account management, or a technical discipline.
Demonstrated understanding of engineering analysis and technology, preferably within the semiconductor or software industry.
Fluency in English and the local language of Taiwan.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Ability to travel up to 50% as required for client meetings, industry events, and team coordination.
Knowledge of Synopsys’ products/services and pricing practices is highly desirable.
Familiarity with the specific territory, product line, or customer base.

The team collaborates closely with Marketing, Technical Services, Channel Partners, and other internal stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional customer service. Together, you’ll drive strategic growth, foster lasting client relationships, and champion the adoption of cutting-edge Simulation & Analysis technologies across the region.
