You Are
You are a passionate engineering professional with strong expertise in structural simulation and computational mechanics. You enjoy solving complex technical challenges for customers and applying simulation tools—such as Ansys or similar CAE software—to real‑world problems. You communicate clearly, lead trainings and webinars confidently, and collaborate effectively across teams. You empathize with customer needs, take ownership, and deliver solutions that drive value. You work well on multiple projects, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and maintain high standards of quality. You are comfortable engaging with global teams, providing feedback to product development, and contributing to best practices. Strong English skills and willingness to travel complete your profile.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide high-level technical support in structural simulation to customers and channel partners.
- Own customer issues, delivering complete solutions through all stages of the sales and support lifecycle.
- Conduct training sessions, webinars, and contribute to professional services projects with cross-disciplinary engineers.
- Gather customer requirements and collaborate with product development teams to enhance software capabilities.
- Test new software releases using industrial use cases to validate performance and usability.
- Develop and share best practices, FAQs, and knowledge assets for internal and customer use.
- Participate in internal technical initiatives and collaborate across engineering fields to drive innovation.

What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of relevant engineering experience (5+ years preferred for Bachelor's, 3+ years for Master’s).
- Solid knowledge of computational mechanics and structural simulation.
- Experience with Python scripting for automation or app development.
- Hands-on experience with Ansys or other CAE/CAD/EDA/PLM tools.
- Expertise in one or more areas: vibration, thermal stress, manufacturing process simulation.
- Strong English writing and presentation skills, with ability to deliver training sessions.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- (Preferred) Strong understanding of material models and ability to translate business needs into execution plans.
