What You’ll Be Doing:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned customer engagements across Synopsys’ ARC Processor Product Line, including cutting-edge AI, DSP, and RISC-V-based solutions.
• Developing, maintaining, and strengthening customer relationships through clear, consistent communication and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
• Coordinating cross-functional, global teams to ensure exemplary support and timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
• Driving weekly account reviews and implementing proactive measures to identify, assess, mitigate, and resolve any program-related risks or issues.
• Building trusted partner relationships with key customer stakeholders, from engineering leads to senior and executive management, to foster long-term business growth.
• Preparing and supporting executive-level discussions and periodic management review meetings with ARC senior leadership.
• Managing multiple concurrent projects, ensuring all programs meet schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in program management, with a proven record of success in the semiconductor industry.
• Deep understanding of IC manufacturing, process technology, design flows, and sign-off processes.
• Technical proficiency with advanced processor technologies, including AI, DSP, and RISC-V architectures.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects across global teams.
• Fluency in English and Japanese, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
