You Are:
The ideal candidate for this role is a dynamic and passionate professional with a deep understanding of the semiconductor industry and electronic design automation (EDA) tools. You have a proven track record in hardware-assisted verification (HAV) product sales and are adept at navigating complex business and technical engagements. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, coupled with your innovative mindset, allows you to develop and position comprehensive solutions that meet customer needs. You are driven by results, capable of creating compelling business proposals, and closing business agreements that drive value for both the customer and Synopsys. You stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drive sales of Synopsys with a focus on hardware product offerings in Japan.
- Understand and analyze Japanese customers' requirements, particularly in the hardware-assisted verification domain.
- Collaborate with technical experts to develop and position comprehensive solutions that meet customer needs.
- Create compelling business proposals and close business agreements.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure customer success and promote business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, to drive business value and customer satisfaction in Japan.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in semiconductor design, EDA tool flows, and cloud technologies.
The Impact You Will Have:
- Accelerate the adoption of Synopsys hardware products within the Japanese electronics systems & semiconductor industry.
- Enable Japanese customers to verify chips faster with hardware platforms and cloud-enabled solutions.
- Drive business growth by creating and closing high-value business agreements in Japan.
- Ensure customer success by collaborating with technical teams and providing comprehensive solutions.
- Establish Synopsys as a trusted partner in the semiconductor design and verification domain in Japan.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in Japan.
What You'll Need:
- Proven ability to manage complex business and technical engagements resulting in customer success and business growth.
- Effective communication skills, capable of engaging with a broad range of technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor design and EDA tool flows, specifically in the design verification domain.
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 5 years of experience in IC Design, EDA flows, Cloud sales, or hardware product sales.
- A track record of success in selling or supporting complex technical products and services, preferably within the semiconductor industry.
