What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Reviewing and refining testplans for analog and mixed-signal verification to ensure comprehensive coverage and reliability.
  • Developing and executing advanced verification strategies for PHY components, addressing both functional and performance requirements.
  • Applying rigorous testing and validation methodologies to uphold the highest standards of PHY quality.
  • Collaborating closely with firmware teams to integrate and verify system-level functionalities, ensuring seamless operation.
  • Coaching and enabling the Verification Network (VN) team, sharing best practices and fostering skill development.
  • Driving continuous improvement by researching, implementing, and refining verification methodologies and processes.

What You’ll Need:

  • BSEE with at least 10+ years industry proven experience in testplan review and analog mixed-signal verification for complex ICs.
  • Deep knowledge of PHY verification strategies and testplan development.
  • Hands-on proficiency in firmware integration and system-level validation.
  • Expertise in rigorous PHY testing and quality assurance methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and enable verification teams to achieve excellence.
