We lead in chip design, verification, and IP integration, empowering the creation of high-performance silicon chips and software content. Join us to transform the future through continuous technological innovation.

You Are:

You are a seasoned program leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and organizational change. Adept at navigating ambiguity and complexity, you bring a rare blend of strategic vision and operational rigor—balancing big-picture thinking with a relentless focus on execution and measurable outcomes. With a strong background in enterprise IT, you are comfortable leading large, cross-functional programs that span digital platforms, cloud infrastructure, and security. You are energized by building consensus among diverse stakeholders, driving alignment across organizational silos, and acting as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.

Your approach is proactive and solutions-oriented; you anticipate challenges before they arise and develop robust plans to mitigate risk. Collaboration is second nature, and you excel in highly matrixed, fast-paced environments that demand both diplomacy and decisiveness. You are passionate about leveraging emerging technologies—such as GenAI and automation—to drive innovation and business value. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights for all audiences.

Above all, you are committed to delivering programs that not only meet technical objectives but also enable business growth, operational resilience, and long-term transformation. You see yourself as a champion of positive change, eager to make a tangible impact at scale.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Owning end-to-end delivery of large, multi-workstream enterprise programs spanning applications, infrastructure, and security.
  • Translating strategic priorities into executable roadmaps, aligned milestones, and measurable outcomes to ensure program success.
  • Establishing and leading program governance, executive reporting, risk management, and decision forums to drive accountability and transparency.
  • Driving alignment across Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, Business, and Product teams in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Proactively identifying and mitigating program, financial, dependency, and delivery risks to maintain program momentum.
  • Managing program financials, forecasting, vendor partnerships, and resource planning for optimal outcomes.
  • Ensuring initiatives deliver business value, platform readiness, and operational resilience, not just technical outcomes.
  • Supporting M&A and divestiture initiatives, including IT integration and separation programs, dependency management, risk tracking, and execution timelines.

The Impact You Will Have:

  • Drive the execution of mission-critical initiatives that enable Synopsys to scale and innovate across its global business.
  • Shape the future of our digital platforms and infrastructure, ensuring they are resilient, secure, and aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and shared accountability among technical and business stakeholders.
  • Accelerate business outcomes by translating high-level strategy into actionable, measurable programs.
  • Enhance operational efficiency and risk management through robust governance and proactive issue resolution.
  • Enable successful M&A and divestiture activities, supporting Synopsys’s growth and transformation agenda.
  • Champion the adoption of emerging technologies and best practices to keep Synopsys at the forefront of innovation.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; PPM degree or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
  • 7+ years managing enterprise IT programs with a proven track record of successful delivery.
  • Experience across digital platforms, infrastructure, cloud, and security domains.
  • Proficiency with Jira or equivalent enterprise delivery tools to manage large-scale programs and provide portfolio-level visibility.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models and their practical application in enterprise settings.
  • Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and executive stakeholders to drive program alignment.
  • Exceptional communication, judgment, and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams in global, highly regulated, or fast-scaling enterprises.
  • Preferred: Experience in CIO Office, Enterprise PMO, or Transformation PMO environments; exposure to GenAI, automation, or emerging technology enablement.

Who You Are:

  • Collaborative and diplomatic, able to build trust and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action and a focus on delivering tangible business value.
  • Adaptable and resilient in the face of ambiguity, shifting priorities, and complex challenges.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communicator who can tailor messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive problem-solver, anticipating risks and developing actionable mitigation plans.
  • Passionate about continuous improvement, innovation, and professional growth.
