We're looking for IP - Applications Engineer to join our team!

You Are:
You are a highly motivated and experienced engineer with a passion for cutting-edge technology. You thrive in dynamic environments and have a strong background in ASIC/SoC design and integration. You possess a deep understanding of Interface IP (IIP) and are excited about working with the latest industry specifications and applications. Your problem-solving skills are exceptional, and you are adept at guiding customers through complex integration challenges. You are a proactive learner, always keeping abreast of the latest advancements in ASIC/SoC design flows and EDA tools. Your communication skills, both verbal and written, are top-notch, enabling you to provide clear and effective support and training to customers. You are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and possess a high degree of professionalism. Traveling occasionally for work excites you as it offers opportunities to collaborate with diverse teams and customers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Understanding IIP applications on customer-specific SoC and systems.

• Staying updated with the latest ASIC/SoC design flows and EDA tools.

• Providing professional advice and support to configure and resolve IIP integration challenges, including simulation, synthesis, floorplan, STA, DFT, and silicon bring-up.

• Conducting integration training for customers and reviewing their major SoC milestones.

• Partnering with R&D to produce application notes on advanced topics.

• Offering pre-sales support on IIP integration and participating in conference demos.

• Providing feedback to Synopsys R&D for continuous IIP product improvements.

• Participating in R&D design reviews to align development with future customer needs.

The Impact You Will Have:

• Ensuring seamless integration of Synopsys' UCIe IP into customer SoC designs.

• Enhancing customer satisfaction through expert guidance and support.

• Facilitating the development of next-generation products across various hot market segments.

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of Synopsys' IIP products.

• Supporting the successful silicon/system bring-up of customer designs.

• Driving the adoption of Synopsys' IP solutions in the industry.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

• At least 5 years of design, verification, or applications experience.

• Hands-on experience in ASIC Front-End or Back-End development.

• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of self-motivation.

• Proven methodical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
