We are working on designing SerDes PHYs using cutting edge technologies for the Customers.

Works on problems where analysis of situation or data requires moderate evaluation of various factors.

Is responsible for engineering functions within assigned projects
Prepares technical specification/documentation for the project
Prepare customer documentation
Drives design reviews when/if necessary
Good communication skills (written and verbal English)
Work with different teams (on site and oversees) to achieve goals
Periodically provide status updates to management
Self-motivated personality
