What You’ll Be Doing:
- Contribute to digital ASIC implementation projects, transforming RTL designs into manufacturable GDSII layouts.
- Perform gate level netlist synthesis and physical implementation for advanced process nodes.
- Conduct static timing analysis, EMIR checks, and physical verification to ensure robust chip performance.
- Support signoff activities and assist in building hard IP macros, resolving verification issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and address challenges in deep submicron CMOS technologies.
What You’ll Need:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, specializing in Micro-electronics (or equivalent).
- Relevant academic and/or practical experience in deep submicron CMOS technologies and ASIC digital implementation.
- Understanding of the full design cycle from RTL to GDSII.
- Good software and scripting skills, experience with version control and familiarity with CAD automation methods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated teamwork or network relation experience, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Exposure to high-speed design, low-power design, high-speed clock design and distribution, timing closure, and signal integrity is a plus.

- Program Length: 12 months
- Location: Yerevan, Armenia.
- Working Model: Hybrid working (60% working from home / 40% office).
- Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time.
- Start Date: February 2026.
