We're looking for AMS Layout Design Engineer to join our team.
The candidate will participate in:
- SRAM memory layout design.
- Layout verification with different EDA tools
- Power analyses and physical extraction activities.
Key Qualifications
- Extensive experience in custom layout design role.
- Expertise in memory layout design.
- Exposure to memory compilers will be a huge plus.
- Understanding of key design and layout challenges at smaller technology nodes.
- Exposure to FINFET technology nodes will be a huge plus.
