We're looking for AMS Layout Design Engineer to join our team.

The candidate will participate in:

SRAM memory layout design.
Layout verification with different EDA tools.
Power analyses and physical extraction activities.

Key Qualifications

Extensive experience in custom layout design role.
Expertise in memory layout design.
Exposure to memory compilers will be a huge plus.
Understanding of key design and layout challenges at smaller technology nodes.
Exposure to FINFET technology nodes will be a huge plus.
