What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing daily operational support for LAN, WAN, Data Center, and wireless networks.
• Troubleshooting user wired and wireless network connectivity issues.
• Resolving IP network issues for global remote field offices and data centers.
• Contributing to network support ticketing and providing timely resolutions for end-user issues.
• Supporting network deployment and maintenance projects based on requirements.
• Coordinating with vendors, partners, and service providers on network issues.
• Monitoring network stability and performance to ensure 24x7 operations and resolving service impacts as they occur.
• Contributing to network documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Participating in an on-call rotation and being flexible with shift rotations.
• Reviewing outages and working on permanent fixes for recurring issues.
• Participating in outage review meetings and daily sync-up calls, and working closely on network tickets to meet SLAs/MTTR.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar.
• Cisco Network certifications – CCNA must have and CCNP great to have.
• SDWAN hands-on experience or certification – great to have.
• 5+ years of network infrastructure experience, supporting small and large enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding and troubleshooting skills on BGP/OSPF/TCP network protocols.
• Good knowledge of Cisco IOS/NX-OS.
• Strong understanding and troubleshooting skills in routing and switching.
• Good knowledge of Palo Alto/Aruba.
• Experience using network diagnostic and packet analysis tools.
• Experience with troubleshooting LAN, WAN, and wireless issues.
• Openness to upskill/cross-skill on Zscaler, Palo Alto FW – having prior experience is an added advantage.
• Strong verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work on projects and maintenance activities outside of standard business hours.
