We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quality Engineer to join us at the ground level. Key Responsibilities:

• Understand Software Flow: Collaborate with the existing software team to learn the overall flow of the software development process. Gain insights into how different components interact and contribute to the final product.
• Assist in Test Case Design: Work under the guidance of senior team members to develop and refine test cases that align with product requirements. Ensure that all relevant functionalities are thoroughly tested.
• Conduct Testing: Analyze product requirements and develop comprehensive test cases and testing strategies that cover functional, performance, and regression testing.
• Support Documentation Efforts: Help maintain organized documentation of testing processes, test cases, and results. Contribute to creating clear reports that communicate testing outcomes and quality metrics to the team.
• Collaborate with Team Members: Engage in open communication with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to share findings, provide feedback, and learn from the team’s collective expertise.
• Continuous Learning: Take the initiative to expand your knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices in quality engineering. Attend training sessions and workshops as applicable.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or relevant practical experience).
• A strong interest in quality engineering and a desire to develop a career in software testing.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
