What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing and developing specialized software tools and programs to support the technical writing group.
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and enhancing existing software solutions.
• Providing user support and collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and resolve issues.
• Participating in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment.
• Contributing ideas to improve processes and tools, and embracing opportunities to learn new technologies.

What You’ll Need:

• Currently pursuing or completed a BS in Computer Science and/or Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
• Good understanding of XML structure.
• Familiarity with Linux systems and shell commands.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies.
• Good English language skills, both verbal and written.
• Preferred: Eagerness to learn new technologies, troubleshooting complex issues, anticipating failure points, and being a detail-oriented, results-driven team player.
