What You’ll Be Doing:

• Architecting and delivering innovative, customer-centric solutions that leverage Synopsys’ portfolio of EDA tools and IP.
• Serving as the primary technical liaison between Synopsys and key customers, understanding and anticipating their evolving needs.
• Providing expert-level guidance on the integration and optimization of Synopsys products in advanced semiconductor design flows.
• Leading technical discussions, workshops, and proof-of-concept initiatives to demonstrate product value and accelerate adoption.  
• Collaborating cross-functionally with R&D, sales, and product management to influence product direction and drive customer success.
• Mentoring and developing junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.  
• Analyzing complex technical challenges and providing strategic recommendations that enhance customer productivity and satisfaction.

• Proficiency with scripting languages (e.g., Python, TCL) and design automation methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.  
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience managing and influencing cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
