You Are:

You are a highly skilled and experienced DFT Senior Engineer with a passion for technology and problem-solving. With a solid background in semiconductor design, you have honed your skills in DFT flow, including design, implementation, verification, and testing. Your expertise in scripting languages like TCL/Perl and description languages such as Verilog sets you apart. You have a deep understanding of computer architecture and are proficient with design tools like Synopsys Design Compiler, VCS, Formality, and TetraMAX. As a great team player, you are always willing to support others and have excellent English communication skills. Self-motivated and enthusiastic about technology, you are ready to take on new challenges and contribute to innovative projects. Ideally, you have over 5 years of experience in semiconductor design, with at least 2 years focused on DFT design. Experience in post-silicon (ATE) pattern debug and knowledge of synthesis, timing closure, and constraints definition are a plus.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Perform SCAN and MBIST insertion.
  • Design and implement test methodologies for IP interface subsystems and complex SoCs.
  • Analyze RTL Scan-readiness.
  • Perform ATPG and coverage debugging.
  • Conduct pattern verification with and without timing back annotation.
  • Analyze and debug failures to establish root-cause.
  • Validate and test state-of-the-art DFT flows and methodologies.

  • Knowledge of computer architecture.
  • Experience with DFT flow, including design, implementation, verification, and testing.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like TCL/Perl and description languages such as Verilog.
  • Familiarity with design tools: Synopsys Design Compiler, VCS, Formality, TetraMAX.
  • Strong team collaboration skills and willingness to support others.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
