What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Capturing crisp, accurate documentation, notes, decisions, and action items during workshops, interviews, and design sessions. 
  • Maintaining version control for toolsets, deliverables, and artifacts, ensuring a clean and organized document repository. 
  • Managing Orgvue updates and modeling to support organizational design initiatives. 
  • Cleaning, validating, and analyzing organizational data such as hierarchy, spans & layers, role families, locations, and cost drivers. 
  • Building insightful visuals and dashboards for leaders to illustrate span distributions, organizational shape, and scenario modeling. 
  • Supporting workforce modeling to assess impacts on cost, productivity, skill gaps, future demand, and capability requirements. 
  • Co-facilitating segments of workshops, including agenda framing, parking lot management, and report-outs. 
  • Coordinating logistics such as agendas, attendee preparation, and follow-ups for organizational design sessions. 
  • Supporting change management activities, including drafting communications, stakeholder mapping, and preparing training materials. 
  • Driving on-time delivery across multiple workstreams with strong attention to detail, applying templates and recommending improvements to OD toolkits.

  • Building your own consulting and facilitation skills in a collaborative, high-impact environment.


What You’ll Need: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IO Psychology, Data/Analytics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. 
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, organization design/effectiveness, people analytics, management consulting, or a related field. 
  • Hands-on experience with Orgvue or similar tools such as Nakisa, Visier, Anaplan, ChartHop, or Power BI-enabled modeling. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) and PowerPoint (story lining, executive-ready visuals). 
  • Strong documentation and action planning discipline; able to translate discussions into structured templates, decisions, and actions. 
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable working with large datasets and spotting patterns, inconsistencies, and insights.

The Team You’ll Be A Part Of: 

You’ll join a collaborative team of Organization Design professionals dedicated to shaping Synopsys’ enterprise structure. The team partners closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and business leaders to deliver high-impact organizational design, workforce planning, and change management solutions. Together, you’ll drive strategic transformation and foster an agile, innovative workplace culture.
