With a robust background in Talent Management, Organizational Development, HR Business Partnering or other people strategy work, you have developed an exceptional ability to drive impactful talent strategies in complex, matrixed, and multicultural organizations.  


Your consultative approach is rooted in curiosity, empathy, and a passion for understanding the unique nuances of business and talent dynamics in South Asia. You are adept at leveraging data and analytics to uncover trends, test hypotheses, and design innovative, measurable solutions tailored to diverse business environments. Your courage, judgment, and ability to bring clarity amidst ambiguity set you apart. Your expertise in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and cross-cultural competence enables you to shape talent strategies that drive our business forward.  


What You’ll Be Doing: 


Act as a strategic consultant to South Asia People Partners and business leaders, diagnosing talent challenges and co-developing impactful solutions aligned with our global talent strategy. 


Drive the deployment and execution of key global and enterprise talent initiatives within South Asia, ensuring clarity, consistency, and excellence in delivery. 


Collaborate with People Analytics to synthesize data and insights and design measurable strategies for regional and business-specific talent needs. 


Provide regional business and cultural insights to the Talent Center of Excellence, shaping global talent solutions that resonate locally and globally. 


Champion Synopsys’ people strategy, culture, and values—advancing leadership development, community building, and belonging across the South Asia region.

Deliver measurable improvements in talent effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee engagement that accelerate positive business outcomes. 


Drive data-driven decision-making, providing actionable insights that inform both business and talent strategies. 


Ensure seamless and effective execution of global talent initiatives, tailored to the unique needs of the South Asian market. 


Promote communities and belonging, building a vibrant community that reflects Synopsys’ values and vision. 


What You’ll Need: 


10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, HR Business Partnering, or related fields. 


Proven track record of partnering with senior business leaders in complex, global or matrixed organizations to drive impactful talent management strategies. 


Skills in data analytics and the ability to translate insights into targeted talent solutions. 


Expertise in leadership development, performance management, cross-cultural competence, and change management. 


Deep understanding of cultural, regional, and market dynamics across South Asia. 


Preferred: Experience in technology or innovation-driven industries and supporting multinational talent programs or centers of excellence. 


The Team You’ll Be A Part Of: 


You’ll join Synopsys’ global Talent Partner team—a collaborative group of strategic consultants and subject matter experts dedicated to elevating our global people strategy. Reporting to our global Head of Talent Partnerships, Communities & Belonging in the United States, you will work in close partnership with our VP for People and Places for APAC and South Asia.
