What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing expert post-sales technical support for Synopsys FPGA synthesis and prototyping software, including Synplify and Protocompiler.
- Evaluating new software releases on customer designs, ensuring robust performance and seamless integration with customer workflows.
- Collaborating with Field Application Engineers (AEs), R&D, and product teams to resolve complex technical issues throughout the FPGA prototyping lifecycle.
- Creating high-quality application notes, technical articles, and training materials that enhance customer knowledge and promote best practices.
- Delivering engaging technical trainings and presentations for internal teams and customers, empowering them to maximize the value of Synopsys FPGA solutions.
- Interfacing with EDA vendors and ensuring compatibility and optimal integration between Synopsys tools (e.g., Verdi, VCS, Formality) and third-party platforms.
- Supporting customers with partitioning, synthesis, place & route (P&R), and hardware debug challenges—providing timely, effective solutions.

What You’ll Need:
- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/M.E. in Electronics or a related field with 5+ years of logic and FPGA design experience.
- Proven hands-on expertise in Verilog, SystemVerilog, and/or VHDL for logic design and implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of FPGA synthesis, backend flow, architecture, and hardware implementation.
- Experience with Xilinx or Altera (Intel) synthesis and prototyping software is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Synopsys tools (e.g., Synplify, Protocompiler, Verdi, VCS, Formality) and their integration in customer flows.
- Strong scripting skills (e.g., TCL, Python, Perl) are a plus for automation and workflow optimization.

This expert team partners closely with R&D, Field Application Engineers, and customers to deliver high-quality FPGA solutions and technical support.
