People Consultant, Sr Associate

You Are:
You are a dynamic and experienced HR professional with a passion for driving organizational growth and transformation. You excel in fast-paced, high-growth environments and are adept at managing complex HR operations. With a strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices, you are skilled in providing strategic HR guidance and support to managers and employees. Your ability to manage HR escalations, labor relations, and organizational change makes you a trusted advisor within the organization. You are proficient in HR systems and data-driven decision-making, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can work closely with global teams and various stakeholders. Your analytical skills and ability to identify trends and recommend solutions contribute to improving performance, retention, and employee experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Act as a trusted advisor offering clear, timely, and accurate HR advice to employees, managers, and leadership on policies, processes, and best practices.
- Provide valuable input and expertise to your client groups in terms of employment legislation, policies, and practices.
- Investigate patterns and root causes of recurring issues, collaborating with People Partners and Centres of Excellence (COEs) to implement long-term solutions.
- Partner with People Partners and site leaders to drive HR initiatives, including employee engagement actions derived from employee engagement survey feedback.
- Provide data-driven insights to support regional People Partners in decision-making.
- Conduct regular reporting and analysis to identify proactive HR actions for employee retention, performance management, and workforce optimization in conjunction with COE.
- Review and analyze talent metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
- Plan, manage, and provide continuous improvement to all aspects of the client organization and leadership review process and the strategic objectives therein.

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2-5 years of HR experience in a high-growth, transformation-driven environment with a focus on HR operations, employee relations, and business enablement.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Ability to manage HR escalations, labor relations, and organizational change in a dynamic business setting.
- Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Vizier) and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working with global teams.
