You Are:
You are an experienced engineer with a deep understanding of digital design technologies especially in Design For Test (DFT), Synthesis or related domains. You excel at problem-solving and debug to arrive at innovative solutions to maintain high Quality products. Your exceptional communication and presentation skills enable you to collaborate effectively with R&D teams and the Product team.
You are keen to learn and grow, always seeking to learn about the latest technologies and industry trends. You are self-directed and proactive, taking ownership of challenges and driving them to resolution.our commitment to quality, documentation, and process improvement ensures that solutions are robust and scalable. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute validation plans, test cases, and protocols based on product requirements and specifications for improving Product Quality.
- Perform functional, performance, stress, and reliability testing on products for product releases.
- Creating and maintaining flow tests, automating tasks using software scripting capabilities.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and provide actionable feedback to R&D teams through our tracking systems.
- Collaborate with development teams to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
- Delivering internal training sessions, ensuring our internal teams are equipped to maximize product value.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in validation methodologies and tools.
What You’ll Need:
- Design and verification experience in DFT or ATPG
- Good programming skills in a scripting language like TCL, Perl, or Python.
- Knowledge of Verilog/VHDL
- Proficiency in English for written and verbal communication.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- BSEE or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience, or MS
