What You’ll Be Doing:
- Establishing, developing, and maintaining business relationships with current and prospective customers in your assigned territory or industry segment.
- Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close, including proposal development, negotiation, and onboarding.
- Delivering impactful presentations that showcase the value of Synopsys solutions, using metrics and proof points to demonstrate ROI.
- Partnering with marketing, technical, and account teams to coordinate sales efforts and drive customer success.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive account plans, identifying growth opportunities and strategies for value creation.
- Staying up-to-date with new and existing Synopsys solutions to proactively address client needs and relay feedback to product teams.
- Researching and qualifying prospects to expand your customer base and pipeline, using trade shows, seminars, and industry events to generate leads.
- Completing key administrative tasks such as quotation generation, order processing, and contract preparation, ensuring data accuracy in Salesforce.
The Impact You Will Have:
- Accelerating the adoption of Synopsys engineering simulation products, helping customers innovate faster and with greater confidence.
- Achieving or exceeding sales quotas, directly contributing to the growth and market leadership of Synopsys in Germany.
- Building trusted advisor relationships with key decision-makers, positioning Synopsys as a strategic partner in their product development journey.
- Enabling customers to realize maximum ROI from their investments in Synopsys solutions, leading to higher satisfaction and retention.
- Gathering and relaying market intelligence and customer feedback to shape future product offerings and strategies.
- Expanding Synopsys’ footprint in key accounts and new market segments, driving long-term business growth.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, business, or a related field, with 2+ years of relevant experience, or 4+ years of related experience in lieu of degree.
- Demonstrated success in technical sales, account management, or business development roles.
- Proficiency in managing multiple opportunities and priorities, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluency in English and German, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% regionally to engage with customers and represent Synopsys at industry events.
