You Are:

An experienced leader with a strong background in silicon design project management. You excel at planning and managing complex projects and have a knack for strategic thinking and customer engagement. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to report project statuses at the executive level and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams. You thrive in a multi-site team environment and enjoy solving design execution issues. You are autonomous, proactive, and capable of organizing complex information into coherent plans.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Maintaining plans for ongoing projects and products
  • Assessing potential projects to determine resourcing requirements, timelines, and other needs
  • Strategizing ways to structure projects to meet customer requirements
  • Reporting the status of ongoing projects at the executive level
  • Coordinating customer development with R&D design team leads, managing action items and responses
  • Reviewing customer communication for coherency and appropriateness
  • Documenting processes, procedures, and organizational functions
  • Interacting and communicating with design teams for all planning and tracking aspects
  • Collaborating with other project managers to solve design execution issues


The Impact You Will Have:

  • Driving the development of next-generation DDR and HBM PHYs in the Synopsys IP portfolio
  • Ensuring projects are well-planned and resourced, contributing to timely and successful product development
  • Enhancing customer satisfaction by addressing critical needs and coordinating effective responses
  • Providing strategic insights and reports to executive leadership, influencing decision-making
  • Facilitating clear and coherent communication between customers and design teams
  • Streamlining processes and procedures to improve project management efficiency


What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical/computer engineering or Program Management with a strong technical focus on silicon design engineering
  • 10+ years of industry experience in silicon design project management
  • Understanding of digital and custom mixed-signal design flows
  • Strong communication skills for strategic planning and status reporting
  • Ability to organize complex information into well-documented plans
  • Capability to strategize and evaluate multiple scenarios
  • Experience working autonomously with high-level guidance
