We deliver industry-leading silicon design, IP, simulation and analysis solutions, and design services. We partner closely with our customers across a wide range of industries to maximize their R&D capability and productivity, powering innovation today that ignites the ingenuity of tomorrow.

You Are

You are the person who gets to the heart of what makes a channel campaign actually work—because you have seen firsthand that “partner ready” means nothing if partners don’t actually use it. You thrive in the space between strategy and execution, where translating technical or complex product stories into content that a sales rep can actually send to an SMB customer is the real win. You like to get your hands dirty: interviewing sales, listening to engineers, grabbing direct feedback from partners, then rolling up your sleeves and building the toolkit—from email nurture sequences to LinkedIn posts, from one-pagers to campaign kits.

You are not afraid of metrics; you live in dashboards, adjusting and iterating until the data tells you the story you need. You are comfortable with AI tools, not just as a side project but as part of your everyday workflow to move faster and smarter. You move between Canva, Adobe, and video editing tools without missing a beat. You know that a campaign is only as good as its adoption, and you make it your business to ensure every asset is findable, usable, and on-brand. You want to see your work drive pipeline, not just vanity metrics.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build and launch through-partner marketing campaigns that equip channel partners with the tools they need to drive pipeline and close deals in the SMB space
  • Collaborate daily with marketing, sales, and technical teams to develop content and messaging that speaks to real SMB buyers, not just personas on a slide
  • Conduct interviews with sales reps, engineers, and customers to gather fresh market insights and translate them into messaging and campaign strategy that lands
  • Create and maintain a full suite of partner-ready assets—emails, social posts, one-pagers, videos, presentations, landing pages, and campaign kits—ready for immediate deployment
  • Develop LinkedIn and social media content formatted for partner use, making it easy for reps to amplify reach and engagement
  • Build and optimize email campaigns and nurture sequences partners can launch, always tuning for open rates, clicks, and real SMB buyer response
  • Keep the partner enablement library up to date, ensuring all materials are accurate, on-brand, and easy to find
  • Track campaign performance using real data, reporting results to leadership, and iterating based on what actually works
  • Use AI tools for content development, research, and workflow efficiency—speeding up production without sacrificing quality

The Impact You Will Have

  • Accelerate pipeline growth for channel partners by putting actionable, high-converting campaigns directly in their hands
  • Elevate the quality and relevance of partner marketing assets, making them more likely to be used and to resonate with actual SMB buyers
  • Surface timely, unfiltered market insights that sharpen campaign strategy and messaging, closing the gap between what we say and what partners need
  • Make it easier for partners to sell Synopsys solutions by providing clear, compelling content they can deploy immediately
  • Drive measurable improvements in campaign adoption, deal velocity, and partner engagement through data-driven iteration
  • Enable sales and technical teams to be more effective by translating their insights into tools and messages that actually move the needle
  • Reduce friction in campaign execution by leveraging AI tools and smart workflows, increasing both speed and output quality

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
  • 3-5 years of hands-on B2B marketing experience building content and campaigns with sales, technical, and marketing teams
  • Proven track record of developing clear, compelling narratives around complex or technical topics
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing tools for rapid content creation
  • Comfort with marketing data and a habit of using metrics to inform real-world decisions
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools for content development, research, or workflow efficiency
  • Ability to travel up to 20% as needed
  • Experience marketing technology, SaaS, or complex products to SMB buyers is a plus
  • Background in channel, partner, or co-marketing programs is a plus
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools is a plus
  • Experience building and optimizing email campaigns, with knowledge of deliverability and performance metrics, is a plus
  • Working knowledge of LinkedIn and other social media platforms for B2B content distribution is a plus

Who You Are

  • You can interview a sales rep, synthesize their feedback, and turn it into messaging that actually gets used in the field
  • You shift easily between content formats—writing, designing, editing—without losing sight of the campaign’s goal
  • You explain marketing performance and campaign tradeoffs to leadership in plain English, with the numbers to back you up
  • You use AI tools as a force multiplier, not a replacement for your own judgment or creativity
  • You thrive on feedback, adjusting your work based on what partners and data tell you, not just what was planned at kickoff
  • You keep multiple projects moving at once and prioritize ruthlessly, knowing what will drive impact and what can wait
