What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing technical support and guidance to customers on hardware design and application issues.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement hardware solutions.
- Working with R&D customers on prototyping systems, feature validation and product sign-off and customer support.
- Conducting in-depth analysis and troubleshooting of hardware-related problems.
- Delivering training sessions and workshops to clients and internal teams.
- Developing technical documentation, including user guides, application notes, and best practices.
- Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of related experience.
- Strong knowledge of hardware design, including FPGA, ASIC, and PCB design.
- Experience with hardware debugging and troubleshooting tools.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as VHDL, Verilog, or SystemVerilog.
- Familiarity with EDA tools and software, including simulation and synthesis tools.
- Expertise in Emulation/Prototyping methodologies.
- Knowledge of SW/HW debug tools and synthesis.
- Experience with scripting languages.
- Familiarity with Synopsys tools and key protocols (Ethernet, PCIe, AMBA, UART, DDR) is a plus.
