We are seeking talented students who are willing to learn and consistent in long-term goals to prepare for the next generation of professional IC Design engineers at Synopsys.
What You'll Be Doing:
You will join in the Internship Program under the guidance from our dedicated and experienced engineers, includes
Stage 1: Fundamental Training
- Training for fundamental knowledge of IC design
- Training for both Theory and Lab to understand the basic of key jobs of IC design (Digital, Analog)
- All training results from interns will be reviewed and interns will be advised for the best suitable jobs in IC design.
Stage 2: Mini Project
- Mini project contains all the basic requirements of a real project which helps interns get familiar with the real jobs after this training.
- Project results will be reviewed and interns with good evaluations will have a chance to be considered for the full-time position at Synopsys.
What You'll Need:
- Final year students* and not-yet-graduated students who available for 5 months full-time internship.
(final year students who anticipate graduating in second half of 2026 and maintain full-time student status during the internship period).
- Major in: Telecommunications, Electronics, Electricals, Mechatronics, Automation & Control, Computer Science Engineering, Physics or other related majors.
- Latest GPA: > 3.0/4 or 7.0/10
- Interested in IC design and desire to pursue a long-term career path of IC design.
- Basic knowledge of IC design (Analog or Digital) is a plus.
- Familiarity with hardware description languages (such as Verilog, SystemVerilog, VHDL) is a plus.
- Having experience with digital design/verification-related projects (subject/laboratory/self-taught projects) is a plus.
- Good English communication (4 skills)
- Growth mindset and self-learn skill; Highly accountable, patient, hard-working; Good team player.
