What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform ECO implementation and optimization for 3DIC interfaces
• Ensure timing closure and routing quality after design changes
• Improve ECO efficiency and design convergence

What You’ll Need:

• Currently pursuing a master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related technical field.
• Basic VLSI / IC design knowledge. 
• Familiarity with timing and physical design concepts.
• Scripting skills (Python/TCL) preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Location: Hsinchu. Taiwan
• Working Model: In-office
• Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time preferred
• Start Date: July, 2026
