What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform ECO implementation and optimization for 3DIC interfaces
- Ensure timing closure and routing quality after design changes
- Improve ECO efficiency and design convergence
What You’ll Need:
- Currently pursuing a master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related technical field.
- Basic VLSI / IC design knowledge.
- Familiarity with timing and physical design concepts.
- Scripting skills (Python/TCL) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Program Length: 8 Weeks
- Location: Hsinchu. Taiwan
- Working Model: In-office
- Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time preferred
- Start Date: July, 2026
