You Are:

You are an experienced Business Analyst with a passion for leveraging technology to create streamlined, impactful business solutions. With a strong foundation in Oracle CPQ and a knack for integrating complex systems, you excel in bridging the gap between technical capabilities and business needs. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing, analyzing, evaluating, and implementing Oracle CPQ solutions to support Sales and Materials business processes.
• Leading the integration of Oracle CPQ with CRM and ERP applications, ensuring seamless end-to-end business workflows.
• Configuring and developing custom solutions within Oracle CPQ/Big Machines to address unique business requirements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for technology initiatives.
• Testing and debugging CPQ implementations, ensuring robust and reliable performance in production environments.
• Providing technical leadership and guidance during complex CPQ implementations, mentoring junior team members as needed.
• Communicating complex technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders and senior management.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation within Sales and Materials operations.

What You’ll Need:

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ development and design.
• Deep understanding of CPQ architecture and best practices for scalable implementations.
• Proficiency in HTML/XHTML, XML, Java, JavaScript, AJAX, and SOAP-based web services.
• Experience integrating CPQ with CRM (such as Salesforce) and ERP (such as SAP) systems; Boomi middleware experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and/or Salesforce Revenue Cloud is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with C#.NET and developing .NET solutions is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
